1.-PURPOSE
UNIBAT (hereinafter also referred to as the provider), in its capacity as the data controller of the website, hereby provides users with this Legal Notice governing the use of the website www.unibat.org. This Notice ensures our compliance with the obligations stipulated in Law 34/2002 on E-Commerce and Information Society Services (LSSICE or LSSI) and also serves to inform all of the website’s users of the terms and conditions of use thereof.
Through its website, UNIBAT allows users to access and make use of different services and content.
Everyone who accesses this website becomes a user thereof, and is hereinafter referred to as the user. Accessing this website implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice, as well as any other legal provisions that may apply.

2.4. Obligation to Make Correct Use of the Website
The user undertakes to use the website in accordance with the law and the stipulations of this Legal Notice, and in accordance with the principles of morality and good conduct. UNIBAT is excluded from any and all liability that may derive from the provision of untruthful, incomplete, outdated or inaccurate data or information of any kind with regard to the products and services offered by third parties via the website. Nor shall it be held liable in any way for the information contained on third-party websites that are accessed via hypertext links.
This website has been checked and tested to ensure that it functions correctly. In principle, correct functioning can be guaranteed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
